Indonesia Curry Chicken


I cooked fried bihun to night as " sian" on eating rice everyday , besides this I also add in my 2nd tried on this Indonesia Curry Chicken, it's look tasty and easy to cook , let me share with you all how to prepare it

Ingredients

3 nos chicken whole leg ( cut into small pieces0

2 blades kaffir lime leaf

100ml thick coconut milk

Marinade

1 tbsp oyster souce , 1/2 tbsp light soy souce , 1 egg & 2 tbsp topica flour

Spices

2 red chilies,4 dried chilies,4 garlic ,4 shallots,2cm fresh turmeric,2cm fresh galangal,2 candlenuts , 2tbsb bottled curry powder & 3 tbsb cooking oil

Seasoning

1/2 tsp salt & 1 tsp sugar

Method

first - blend all spices until finely paste ans keep aside

second - Season chicken pieces with marinade, deep fly in the hot oil over high heat until golden in color, remove from heat and leave aside

third - Heat up wok , saute blended spices over medium heat until the chili oil is begins separate. Add in fried chicken pcs anf kaffir lime leaves

Last - Add in coconut milk and seasoning , bring to a boil. Next, reduce to medium heat,keep stirring until the curry gravy is thicken.
